  • Acknowledgments and Jurat forms for Title companies' clients, Mortgage companies' clients, Attorney's clients, and Real Estate companies' clients

  • Performed my Notary service at client's home, office, hospital, and jail for inmates.

Pricing

Oaths or Affirmation (per signature): $15.00

​

Acknowledgments, Jurat forms, Affidavits (per signature): $15.00

​

Loan, Refinance, Trust & Purchase Documents: $120.00 flat fee for 1 set of documents

​

Traveling Fee: I go by the state standard Travel Fee for personal vehicle use @ 54.5 cents/mile. I am flexible and will often times charge a flat rate of $10-$20 for travel fee. 

​

Waiting/ Loss Time: $15.00 after 15 minutes

I accept Cash, Checks, and all Major Credit/Debit Cards. 

Note: Credit/Debit Card payments are subject to additional 3% charge per transaction. 

I also accept App-based virtual payment through: Venmo, Paypal, Facebook Money Transfer
